Senior Project Designer/Project Manager

STOEV is seeking a Senior Designer with a minimum of 08 – 10 years of professional experience. Candidates must have experience in master planning as well as landscape architectural conceptual design through construction at wide range of scales. Must possess strong verbal, written, and graphic skills and work effectively within a collaborative team environment, Florida agency review, and technical knowledge highly valued. Candidate would be involved in business development and marketing pursuits.
Applicants should possess a degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture or Urban Design program. Licensure preferred. Compensation commensurate to experience and skill level.

Associate/Project Manager
Sausalito
STOEV is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 10 – 12 years of professional experience. Candidates must have experience in master planning as well as landscape architectural conceptual design through construction. Must possess strong verbal, written, and graphic skills and work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Experience managing projects, coordinating subconsultants, Bay Area agency review, and technical knowledge highly valued. Candidate would be involved in business development and marketing pursuits.
